I bought a 105-year-old house full of junk in a transitional part of town for next to nothing, got a contractor, loan officer, and mentors. Over the next few months, I'll get a construction loan and take this house from 🏚️ to 🏠.

When it's all done, it'll make a fine rental property and generate plenty of ongoing equity and appreciation.

I already want more investment properties, but starting with this one. It'll be a ride. Should I document the journey? 🧐 Any questions about how I did it?
